The Bats, The Shins, Methyl Ethel y Damaged Bug en Caja de Pandora

Para la emisión de este miércoles 15 de marzo Caja de Pandora te ofrece una de selcción de canciones de cuatro interesantes discos lanzados este 2017.

Abrimos con el cuarteto The Bats, quienes han publicado "The Deep Set", el noveno álbum de esta influyente banda de indie pop, formada el año 1982 en Nueva Zelanda, fiel representante del sonido del sello Flying Nun.

Los Norteamericanos The Shins y su nuevo disco "Heartworms" suenan en nuestro programa de hoy con algunas de las canciones que marcan el regreso de James Mercer y su banda, con un sonido más cercano al pop electrónico en relación sus cuatro discos anteriores.

Seguidamente revisamos el pop bailable de los australianos Methyl Ethel y parte de su segundo y más reciente disco de estudio, "Everything Is Forgotten", que el sello 4AD ha lanzado el 3 de marzo de este año. 

Cerramos nuestro programa de hoy con Damaged Bug, proyecto paralelo de John Dwyer, cantante y guitarrista de Thee Oh Sees, que explora una interesante senda ligada a la electrónica analógica y la psicodélia en su nuevo disco "Bunker Funk".
